Relying on long-term international project experience, ZTD is familiar with global mainstream automobile OEM and Tier 1 related standards, and has participated in the development of related projects such as Daimler, BMW, Audi, Volkswagen, Toyota, Nissan, Ford, GM, Honda and FCA, and has accumulated rich experience in international project coordination and mass production support.
At present, ZTD has two major manufacturing bases in Dongguan and Huizhou, with a total manufacturing area of more than 59,000 ㎡ and more than 380 employees. It has established a complete internal manufacturing system covering CAE analysis, mold design, precision machining, mold assembly, Tryout debugging and project management, realizing efficient coordination from engineering development to mass production verification, and continuously ensuring project quality stability and on-time delivery capability.
ZTD always attaches importance to team stability and long-term talent accumulation. At present, the company has 90 + engineering design team and 100 + mold assembly and fitter team, of which more than 65% of the core technical personnel have more than 10 years of experience in the automotive mold industry. The long-term and stable core team enables ZTD to continuously provide stable, efficient and reliable project support to global customers.
In terms of engineering technology, ZTD engineering team is skilled in using UG and other professional 3D software for mold development, and has accumulated rich experience in springback control, aluminum mold, stainless steel mold, high-strength steel mold, large-scale Transfer and Tandem mold development, and optimization of complex stamping forming scheme, especially with the development capability of 980MPa and above high-strength steel parts.
In terms of manufacturing capacity, ZTD is equipped with 80 processing equipment, including a number of large 5-meter 5-axis CNC machining centers of Taiwan WELE, KAFO and other brands, Japan's Sodick and Qinghong (CHMER) wire walking equipment, and various types of high-precision processing equipment. At the same time, the company has 10 internal Tryout debugging punches with a maximum tonnage of 2000T, which can support the stable development and verification of large and complex automotive mold projects.
In order to further improve the efficiency of project execution, ZTD continues to promote the construction of a digital management system, manage production planning and manufacturing processes through ERP systems, and combine CRM systems to improve customer communication and project collaboration efficiency. The professional project management team tracks project nodes, processing status, Tryout results and engineering changes throughout the process to ensure efficient collaboration between engineering, manufacturing and quality teams and continuously improve project quality stability and on-time delivery capabilities.
