For more than 20 years, we have been providing engineering analysis, CAE simulation, mold manufacturing, mold commissioning and global delivery services to European and North American automotive OEMs and Tier1 suppliers.
Zhijia has a large CNC machining center and a maximum of 2000T mold debugging capability, and is equipped with an experienced engineering team, with mature experience in springback control (Springback Control) and mold development of complex automotive structural parts.
We have rich project experience in the fields of BIW body structure, chassis, suspension system, seat system and reinforcement mold, and strictly follow the OEM standards of BMW, Audi, Volkswagen, Toyota, Ford, GM, Honda and other international automobile brands.
At present, more than 90% of the molds are exported to the global market, and continue to provide customers with stable and reliable mold quality, rapid response engineering support and competitive delivery capabilities.
